Delivery

 

Delivery charges will be added to the goods once you have added them to the cart. Delivery Charges range from £10 to £75 depending on item size and weight. When your order has been processed the details of your order will be passed on to our warehouse team. We aim to deliver goods that are in stock within 14 working days. If items are not in stock a member of our warehouse team will contact you by phone to advise you of an estimated lead time. Once goods are ready to despatch we will contact you to schedule your delivery.

 

Couriers

Here at Riley Jay we have our own team of delivery drivers to ensure your goods are delivered in one piece. During busy periods we may occasionally use a third party carrier, if this is the case you will be informed to inspect goods carefully before signing for them. Riley Jay will not be responsible for any damage to goods once goods have been signed for.

All items on this site are in pound stirling and include a 15% vat rate. Delays may occur in shipping which we have no control over. After placing an order you will receive an email with your order acknowledgement. All orders are subject to acceptance and once we confirm your order by email and tell you when your order will be despatched our contract with you is made.

 

Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase please let us know. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their order. Please check and inspect all goods when delivery is made, as Riley Jay Interiors will not be responsible for any damage or loss to goods once the delivery document is signed. The same will apply if an authorised person is to receive goods on buyers behalf, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss to goods once delivery document is signed. All goods being returned must be packed in there original packing. All goods are individual and may vary in colour. Riley Jay Interiors will not refund furniture simply because it does not match, suit or fit. Due to the nauture of the purchase of goods via mail/online you have a right of cancellation, but you must notify us within 7 days from delivery.


We will not collect/recover goods from you. Goods must be returned within 21 days securely wrapped at the buyers risk and cost. Any goods sent back later than 30 days, will not be refunded.
Once we have received the goods we will refund you back in full. All refunds are paid by cheque. 
However any orders custom made to your specifications will not be refunded at all.


Guarantee


All products come with a 1 year quarantee from date of delivery. The quarantee covers against any defaults if kept in a normal/suitable place. If products are left any where such as wet areas or in front of radiators defaults may accur and quarantee will not cover this. Our specialist material inspection can determine if that is the case.

Damage to your computer

Riley Jay take every care to ensure our site is free from any viruses or defects. However we cannot quarantee that your use on our website wont effect your computer in any way. We recommend you purchase the right firewall/anti virus software. Riley Jay will not be liable for any reason your computer equipment is damaged whilst on our website.

 

 

Law of contract
This contract shall be Governed by the law of England & Wales and any dispute, question or remedy, howsoever arising determined exclusively by the Court of England and Wales.
